The product must be in the exact form that it was received in resellable condition. meaning it can not be altered, cut, colored, and have original tags and ties attached as it was received by the customer . All exchanged items must be sent including your first and last name, phone number , original receipt , and exchange request and details .

Processing takes 3-7 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) After receiving a tracking email . Shipping information will be available within the next 24 hours
